Dr. Ragnheiður Bogadóttir is an Assistant Professor at the Faculty of History and Social Sciences, University of the Faroe Islands. With a background in social anthropology and human ecology, her research interests revolve broadly around the interrelations between culture and sustainability, with a focus on social metabolism and environmental justice. She is currently focusing on the social metabolism in the Faroe Islands.
